2017-2018 & 2018-2019 School Calendars Approved
The words 'School Calendar' with flowers around itThe Cumberland County Board of Education recently approved the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 schools calendars for those who attend Traditional schools, Year-Round schools, Early College high schools, and Cumberland Polytechnic High School. The calendars have been posted on the District Website.

DOES YOUR CHILD NEED A NC HEALTH ASSESSMENT?(Applicable to children enrolling in the public schools for the first time before the 2016-2017 school year) Health Assessment required.
Every student grade (k-12) in the state of North Carolina entering a North Carolina public school for the first time must submit a Heath Assessment Transmittal Form.  The health  assessment  shall be dated no more than 12 months prior to the date of school entry. Students will have thirty days to comply with the requirement or be dismissed. The only form acceptable is the Health Assessment Transmittal Form created by the Division of Public Health and the Department of Public Instruction pursuant to House Bill 13.
